SPRINGDALE, Ark. (AP) — Donnie Dewees had three hits and two RBI as the Northwest Arkansas Naturals topped the Tulsa Drillers 7-3 on Friday. Trailing 3-2, the Naturals took the lead for good with three runs in the second inning. Erick Mejia hit a two-run triple and then scored on a single by Nicky Lopez en route to the two-run lead. The Naturals added to their lead in the sixth when Dewees hit a two-run single. NW Arkansas right-hander Zach Lovvorn (1-2) picked up a quality start and the win after allowing three runs on eight hits over six innings. Opposing starter Frank Duncan (0-2) took the loss in the Texas League game after allowing five runs and eight hits over 1 1/3 innings. Yusniel Diaz tripled and singled, also stealing a base for the Drillers.
