College football reminded everyone on Saturday what makes it so much fun to watch. Within minutes of each other, three top-8 teams all went down on Saturday evening, and a fourth would follow soon after. No. 2 Georgia got throttled by No. 13 LSU — losing 36-16 in Death Valley. The Tigers rushed for 275 yards in the convincing win. Bulldogs quarterback Jake Fromm had an ugly day, going 16/34 for 209 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions. Shortly thereafter, No. 7 Washington lost 30-27 in overtime to No. 17 Oregon. The Huskies missed a 37-yard field goal as time expired in regulation to send the game to OT.
