SHUCKERS 7, LOOKOUTS 1 Friday’s road recap: The final day of the working week for most folks brought no relief to the Chattanooga Lookouts, who still have weekend duty ahead. The Lookouts, who have lost five of their six games so far this week, avoided what would have been their second straight shutout loss — and fourth this week — when Calten Daal singled with two outs in the top of the ninth inning. Daal’s hit to right field scored Brantley Bell, who had walked and advanced to second on defensive indifference. Biloxi — which took a 2-0 lead in the second, then added three runs in the third and two more in the eighth — was led by Trent Grisham, who went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. The Lookouts’ Bell finished 2-for-2 with a double and two walks. Next up: Game three of a five-game series in Biloxi, Mississippi, is at 6:35 p.m. EDT Saturday. Pitchers: Jordan Johnson (0-4, 6.67) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with Trey Supak (3-2, 2.76) scheduled for the Shuckers.
