Chasing 339 for victory, NSW were skittled out for 134 despite a fighting performance from their lower order. Starting the day at 33/1, NSW slipped to 54/5 in the 37th over. Peter Nevill scored an unbeaten 29, playing out 129 balls, while Jack Edwards, Sean Abbott, Trent Copeland and Nathan Lyon faced in excess of 200 deliveries combined.
