The former NC State product, who was a sixth-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, suffered a major knee injury while training in June which caused him to miss the entirety of the 2020 season. In Harmon’s rookie season, the 6-foot-2 receiver hauled in 30 passes for 365 yards in 16 games with eight starts. The top of the 2021 NFL Draft is going to be pretty heavy on offense, although Penn State linebacker Micah Parsons and Alabama cornerback Patrick Surtain II both have solid opportunities to go in the top 10. This is definitely a skill position draft though, and much of the defensive talent will go in the middle of the first round or a bit later. That includes South Carolina cornerback Jaycee Horn and potentially Virginia Tech cornerback Caleb Farley . Different evaluators could rank those two players and Surtain in different orders, although Surtain seems like the frontrunner to go first out of that group.
