Duke freshman guard Trevor Keels entered his name Saturday into the 2022 NBA Draft, the school announced. In a release, Keels thanked his coaching staff for helping prepare him to take the next step in his professional career, as well as allowing him to be part of Mike Krzyzewski’s final season. “I am appreciative of the support from my parents, family and also Coach (Jon) Scheyer, Coach Amile (Jefferson) and coach ( Chris Carrawell ),” Keels said in the release. “We’ve had some great conversations and I have been able to get some helpful feedback. Lastly, I have to thank Coach K for believing in me as a high school kid and allowing me to play a key role on his final team.
