"Even before I started the game, I was a little sceptical in the nets," Ashwin said. "When I bowled, the balance of the ball was a lot different to the red ball. When you try to put too much revs, it wasn't rotating as much at the seam as I thought the red ball was. Clearly, the chance of it catching the glossy surface was far greater. After bundling out former champions Islamabad United for just 118, Zalmi chased down the target in the 18th over for the loss of only four wickets. After inserting United into bat, Zalmi made incisions at regular intervals as United crossed the 100-run mark for the loss of six wickets. Only Alex Hales, at the top of the order, played with a degree of confidence and compiled a brisk hand of 41 off 27 deliveries. England had a good morning as they restricted India captain Virat Kohli from achieving his third double-century in a calendar year and dismissing him off for 167 on Day Two of the second Test at Visakhapatnam. Ben Stokes was seen rather frustrated grabbing the catch as he had a rough day on Day One after catching early wickets in the first session on Thursday. Moeen Ali got his first wicket and what a wicket he got hold of. Kohli scored his 14th Test century on Day One and also became the first Indian skipper to score 150 runs in a calendar year. Kings chased down the target of 196 with more than one over to spare. In pursuit of a sizeable target, Kings started on the right note, with Sharjeel Khan and Babar sharing a breezy opening stand of 56 before the former fell to Shahnawaz Dhani in the fifth over. Clarke and Babar then built on the solid platform with an alliance of 97 for the second wicket. Clarke smashed three boundaries and four sixes while Babar collected as many as 13 boundaries.
