Getty Images The defending Super Bowl champions have made clear their desire to retain as many of their free agents as possible. More recently, coach Bruce Arians has narrowed the objective, without naming names. As noted by JoeBucsFan.com, Arians has said on multiple occasions that the Bucs need to keep “ five out of six ” free agents in order to set the stage for a second Super Bowl run. “For us right now, it’s just keeping this team together,” Arians recently told WDAE radio. “And that’s probably going to eat up most of the salary cap if we can just keep or five or six guys that we want to keep on this football team, and keep the closeness and the accountability factor that we have in the locker room.” Via JoeBucsFan.com, there are eight free agents of significance: linebacker Shaq Barrett , linebacker Lavonte David , receiver Chris Godwin , tight end Rob Gronkowski , receiver Antonio Brown , running back Leonard Fournette , defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh … [Read more...] about Buccaneers are focused on six of their free agents, with the goal of keeping five

India vs England: Watching Past Footage Helped me Look at Myself Differently: Ravichandran Ashwin After Record 400 Test Wicket
Seemed like Ravichandran Ashwin started from where he left off in Chepauk – a week back – as he went on to become the fastest Indian to 400 Test wickets. He picked up seven wickets in the match as India went on to steamroll England by 10 wickets at Motera. Ashwin – who thinks a lot about his game – said that he watched a lot of his past videos during the COVID-19 lockdown and that helped him evolve as a player as he got to know more about himself. “The planning for me goes to a different level. In Australia, I watched eight hours of straight footage ahead of the Adelaide Test. I didn’t know why I started doing it but I didn’t want to leave any stone unturned. I used to watch a lot of footage before too. But the understanding of the game has gone one notch higher. What happened during the lockdown was that I was watching a lot of cricket from the past, especially Sachin’s hundred at Chepauk [against Pakistan in 1999],” said Ashwin here while doing an interview for bcci.tv. “I … [Read more...] about India vs England: Watching Past Footage Helped me Look at Myself Differently: Ravichandran Ashwin After Record 400 Test Wicket
India vs England, 3rd Test: Visitors looked like startled rabbits in second innings, says Nasser Hussain
Hussain said it's all about mentality now and the tourists need to find a way to draw the series, which will be a good result for them. England on Thursday (February 25) suffered a 10-wicket defeat in the third Test against India inside two days to hand India an unassailable 2-1 lead. Joe Root and his men struggled on the spin-friendly Motera pitch, managing 112 and 81 in their two innings respectively. "Especially on this pitch, where one spins prodigiously and the other skids on, you lose all kind of rhythm. That's what successive Test matches on these sorts of pitches do for your mindset," Hussain said on 'Sky Sports Cricket Podcast'. "England looked like startled rabbits in that second innings. I don't think it was an 81 all out pitch but this was a much tougher pitch than Chennai."
