Horn is commit No. 5 for head coach Eliah Drinkwitz the Tigers in the class. With the touted signal-caller in the fold Mizzou rises seven spots to No. 14 in the 247Sports Composite Team Recruiting Rankings. "I just think the family environment and the way Coach Drinkwitz is and the offense that he runs," Horn said. "They were recruiting me pretty much from day one.
