Former Cowboys superstar and Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Irvin said there's only one offseason priority the franchise should be focusing on and that's Dak Prescott and how his future is being handled long-term. The upcoming NFL Draft, staff changes or potential player acquisitions all come secondary when compared to the importance of ensuring Prescott is the team's quarterback for the foreseeable future, Irvin says. “The No. 1 priority should be Dak, that’s no doubt,” Irvin said this week on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM] . “Then No. 2, should be Prescott. Then No. 3 should be Dakota. No. 4 should be Rayne. That’s all I want to hear. Understand what I’m saying? That’s it. That’s all I want to hear. I don’t care about all this other stuff. "Then, after we get through Dak, Dakota, Rayne, and Prescott then we will get to defense. Dak is the first four all by himself.” Irvin defended Prescott last summer as well during intense contract negotiations before talks ended in a … [Read more...] about Michael Irvin says Dak Prescott is Cowboys’ top offseason priority

The French Rugby Federation (FFR) said on Monday that Cyril Baille, Peato Mauvaka, Romain Taofifenua, Charles Ollivon and Brice Dulin had returned positive tests on Sunday. Matt Proudfoot: England aware of Welsh Six Nations challenge in Cardiff
England forwards coach Matt Proudfoot will have his pack fired up for Saturday's collision with Wales as he looks to settle his own score in Cardiff. The champions face a pivotal moment in the Guinness Six Nations when they head to the Principality Stadium, knowing a second defeat of the tournament would effectively end their title defence. Only Wales and France can still win the Grand Slam and, after a wretched 2020 when they went on a six-Test losing run, Wayne Pivac's team have been rejuvenated by victories over Ireland and Scotland. Proudfoot's aim of a successful trip across the Severn Bridge is given added gravity by his poor record in Cardiff when acting as South Africa's forwards coach from 2016-19. "What more do you say about Alun Wyn Jones? And Justin Tipuric is an exceptional rugby player," Proudfoot said. "We understand the challenge. I have coached for four years against Wales and never beaten them, so I understand how tough they are up front. "With South … [Read more...] about Matt Proudfoot: England aware of Welsh Six Nations challenge in Cardiff
