England lost Jonny Bairstow and Stokes in the session after both batsmen looked settled at the crease. Post the lunch break, India decided to start with R Ashwin and Mohammed Siraj. The latter struck in the fourth over of the session when he pinged Bairstow in front with a delivery that came in and beat the batsman for pace. Bairstow did go for the review but replays confirmed the ball was clipping the top of the stumps.
