The duo stitched a 110-run stand for the third wicket to help their side ease past the 158-run target in only 16.2 overs. Put in to bat, Lahore lost their openers - Fakhar Zaman and Sohail Akhtar - early, which included a maiden-wicket over in the powerplay by Carlos Brathwaite. However, the in-form Mohammad Hafeez, yet again, bailed the team out from a precarious position, this time in company of Joe Denly. While most drivers have become acclimated to no practice and qualifying at most NASCAR events, it is new to Larson, who missed the final 32 Cup races last season after losing his ride at Chip Ganassi Racing .
